Boom preventer - nylon line runs from the cockpit along the side deck to a single block and becket which is attached to the toe rail, then the line goes up to a block on the boom then back to the becket at the toe rail. This system allows the line stretch to absorb shock. Rope strops are used to attach the block to the toe rail to keep the block from eating into the rail. Clips are used for quick disconnect system from boom.
Mainsheet - has snap hooks on blocks and can be inverted to use in conjunction with the Lifesling as a tackle to be used to lift someone out of the water.
