Keith replied: "suicide!"

nukoca replied: "1. Wash your face every day. You can use regular soap, but they sell special kinds of soap to get rid of the oil in your pores. Here's some examples: More info on acne face soaps here: Make your own acne soap... 2. Use an astringent after washing. That will help remove the reside and oil that the soap leaves behind. It also removes a lot of the redness from swollen pustules. Put a reasonable amount of the astringent onto a cotton ball (you don't need to soak it). Rub it in small circles all over your face and let it dry. More info:--natural-astringent 3. Apply a substantial amount of honey to your face every few weeks and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Honey is a natural antibacterial that will get rid of blemishes, sore spots, and scars. More info: 4. Having long hair will contribute greatly to your acne. If you can, keep your hair out of your face and the number of zits near your hairline will decrease. I personally let my hair grow out to about 3-4 inches, my acne near my hairline was terrible. Then I got a buzz cut, and now I get zits near my hairline about as often as anywhere else on my face. More info: 5. Change your pillowcase often. Think about it; your face is pressed against it for a little less that half of your life, so lots of oil builds up on your pillow. Good luck!"

steve.raid replied: "The fastest way would probably be getting laser treatments. But if you prefer, you can try using products first to see if it works for you, then resort to laser treatments as a backup plan. As far as good products, I recommend you read this:"

pelican replied: "don't spend a lot of money on products, most of which don't work. keep your face very clean. drink plenty of water (that really does help), and talk to your doctor about it. that is the person you should listen to, and the person who can give you the best advice."

Rxn Mri replied: "Neutrogena acne mark fading peel is a peel to take away/reduce the appearance of scars. Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel is a treatment to use at home for scars instead of paying someone to do it. I use it everytime I get a scar from my acne. It is consistent and works within a week or two depending on how bad the scars are."

I have ben doing it for over 15 years now. It reduces pimples, heals scares and is very healthy for your face."

Post acne marks? Okay so I have post acne marks, which are actually red dots all over my face and I am currently having treatments to get them removed. Meanwhile, I want to find a way to get them covered. Will foundation do? Or do I need a concealer instead? Can anyone recommend me a good -but not too expensive- foundation/concealer that can cover them up? Thanks! PS: I have tried proativ and it just made my skin worse.

raven975 replied: "I would use a yellow coverstick first just on the spots, then use a natural foundation that matches your skin tone all over... not too light, or dark!!... Then go over the spots with a lighter coverstick -- one that matches your skin though. That always works for me! I use nutrogena for foundation, and then just whatever coverstick works. Just got to make sure you pick the right color for your skin!!"

miss chelsea replied: "Bare Minerals foundation is amazing and covers up imperfections really well."

chena_1991 replied: "well if you're going for homemade then lemon juice helps if you dap it on the scars every night. if you want to buy something you get a really good fading cream. also go to a dermatologist and ask them if they could get you retina.....it is a cream that you put on your face and it takes away acne and the marks left behind....it is very good, i use it. you could also go to the store and get you a microdermabrasion kit. it takes away the scars if you keep using it. hope i helped!!! good luck."

Holly O replied: "Are you talking about non-red pitted scars (look like a small indention on your skin)? If so, you can't get rid of them permanently even with expensive lasers, peels, etc. You need things that will plump up your skin's collagen. There are over the counter peels that will plump you skin. . .that are not too expensive. Type over the counter acid peels for face to find something to try. I use L'Oreal Alpha Hydroxy myself. Keep trying them until you like the results. But in the end it will be a short term solution. This page has a product that is too expensive but has great information. Also, remember the word "pitted" v. "pigmented" acne scars for additional research online to see if this is what you have. Pigment are the red scars that fade and pitted are the indented ones I asked about in the first sentence."

Kat replied: "Microderm helps a lot. In fact, you do not need a salon or facialist to do that for you. Buy the Olay Thermal Microderm and use it. Your scars will gradually disappear-"
