Match report from the Coleraine game, it is a long one, so prepare yourself for some reading and some straight talking ....
The Glens worst home league defeat was on 10th Dec 1938 when Portadown won 2-9 (we finished that game with 9 men). The Ports also beat the Glens 1-6 on the 19th November 1994 (keeper Neil Armstrong was sent off), and Belfast Celtic were victors by the same score on 4th January 1939 both in league games.
So today's result was the worst home league defeat for a Glentoran side which finished the game with 11 players. It hurts to report this. Norman Thank you to Roy France's masterpiece "Glentoran - A Complete Record".
TMEN 'Player of the Year' poll will be open after the match with Coleraine. Internet GSC leaving for Glenavon on Tuesday @ 6:30pm all visitors welcome.
