
1. Stick a fat picture of yourself on your fridge door and cupboard (stops you reaching for that yummy snack, I'll tell you!).
2. Use a smaller plate for your meals - it looks like you've got lots.
3. Weigh yourself once a week ONLY.
4. Keep some carrots in the fridge for when youre hungry.
5. Do some keep fit (I use videos) 3 to 4 times a week .
6. Walk a lot.
7. If you feel hungry eat some fruit.
8. Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day (fills your stomach).
9. If you must have some chocolate have a two finger Kit Kat (they're only 115 calories).
10. And my last (and most important) tip is to be happy whatever happens. There are, after all, more important things in your life than your bathroom scales!
