Death of a Dictator
TRIVMVIRATE productions
TRIVMVIRATE was assigned in our Spring Senior government class by Miss. Howeth to do a project on the media. Naturally, we Reformers took a negative approach. This was shot in one day (the day before it was due) and all credits go to TRIVMVIRATE productions.
It is set in 2008, when Linguistic Reform has taken over the world and united it under a single government under grammar. The chief goal is to cleanse the population of those with poor grammar. The dicatator, TRIVMVIRATE, is giving a speech, when suddenly assasinated. We catalog four stages of observed media hype, paralleling especially with 9-11. The two speaking are supposed to be reporters for various news sources. We weren't very prepared. However, this has a great point and represents a rough draft of what TRIVMVIRATE productions can do nearly impromptu. Needless to say, this can also be a journal of the typical day of us all.
I made the credits and am ridiculously proud. I was going for Tarrantinoish credits. Hope y'all can make sense of all of this. Try to distinguish each distinct media stage and what we are trying to say about it.
