This site is under construction. Please don't expect to find much here yet. For the first time I am using some Unicode entities in these pages. Running MSIE or iCab on the Macintosh with MacOS 8.6, it is possible to include characters that it was never before possible to use in web pages so that at last (click the Storing Prefs link) curly quote, bullets and other familiar Mac insects can be used legally.

This is just a first try. I don't claim that these pages are in accordance with strict HTML 4.0, but from the stuff I see around it seems most people don't even pretend to produce legal web pages. Please let me know of any errors. I'd love to know the specs off by heart and be able to write XML in my sleep, but life is short.
