Sydney is the state capital of New South Wales, it has all the and bustle of a large cosmopolitan city but is complimented by a stunning harbour, great beaches within a stones throw and some of the most famous structures in the World--The Opera House and The Harbour Bridge.

Sydney is blessed with over 30 beaches within close vicinity, the most famous of which being Bondi and Manly beaches.  Slightly further out is Palm Beach, famous for Home & Away, we visited there while on a Harley Davidson Bike Tour, well worth it!

Sydney is just full of things to do, but some of the must do's are: Harbour Bridge Climb, dress up in silly boiler suits and start climbing, the views overlooking the city are superb and not to be missed, the climb lasts 3 hours! The Opera House is as impressive in real life as it is on postcards, if a bit smaller than you think. The Royal Botanic Gardens are superb and well worth a visit, watch out for the flying foxes though! Located  next to the Opera House they give magnificent views over the harbour towards the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.

You can even have a meal in the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere at Centrepoint Tower (304m tall).
