Unfortunately, the second half of my title rings true for many people across the world. We are truly in the Age of Fatness. How many people do you see day after day after day, overweight, out of shape, looking like they can hardly walk much less run . What are we to do. Why don t people seem to care anymore. Why don t more people take pride in their general fitness level or their cardiovascular fitness level. I mean, we sure as heck take pride in the clothes we wear, if they are perfectly ironed and dry cleaned if we have the perfect shoes to match the perfect outfit .. Some of these people men and women will spend all day at the mall looking for the perfect outfit or the perfect suit for a particular occasion. All the while knowing dang well that they have a better chance winning a 1 on 1 basketball game with LeBron James than fitting into those clothes.
