November 2004.Christmas 2004 Nursery Opening TimesWe are open as usual Thursday to Sunday 10am - 4pm. We are open Christmas Eve until 12:30 and reopen after Christmas on December 30th. November 2004.The Sheffield Orchid Society is hosting the Elsecar show on Sunday 28th November 2004. Ray Bilton will be in attendance and will be pleased to have the opportunity of seeing visitors from the North of England. More details can be found in the Calendar page. October 2004.We will be having our annual Open Weekends on the following dates:6th - 7th November 2004 DO NOT MISS OUR ORCHID EXTRAVAGANZA!The months of November and December will see around 2000 plants in flower of high quality in a range of orchid families including phalaenopsis, cymbidium, odontoglossum types and a few other genera. Following successful shows at the London Orchid Show, BBC Gardeners World Live and Hampton Court Palace Flower Show at all of which Orchid Answers were awarded Gold Medals. July 2004.At the Royal Horticultural Society's Annual General Meeting, Ray Bilton was awarded the Victoria Medal of Honour by Sir Richard Carew Pole.
