ThumpCulture - NEW
My first crack at computer colouring, this is a pin-up shot of a few of the characters from 'ThumpCulture, my exciting new project... LOTS MORE COMING SOON! |

DUMBASS COMICS issue 3 cover
The front cover to the brand new issue of DUMBASS. I spent hours fiddling over this one with craft knife and letratone, but it turned out quite nice, so that's all right. |

DUMBASS COMICS issue 3 back cover
The back cover to the new issue of DUMBASS. Spacemen! Super-heroes! Cute chicks! Comics! Depressed people! One of my favourite things I've drawn in ages. Originally done as a cover for the Temple APA. |

2000AD characters - NEW A picture of some characters from 2000AD - drawn for no particular reason. Some of it looks OK but there's some dodgy anatomy, and Judge Anderson's face went rather horribly horribly wrong. But why dwell on the negative? I think Johnny Alpha looks pretty cool. |

"Julie" A shot of the lead character for a strip I had running around my head for a while but couldn't seem to write a script I was happy with for. The provisional title was 'Hyperdimensional Technoalienbuster Secondary School and it was, as you can probably guess from the title, a kind of manga-y sci-fi schooldays comedy thang. Who knows, maybe someday I'll give it another shot. |

"Hope For The Future" - a pin-up I drew for the third issue of Simon Perrins' highly enjoyable Hope for the Future comic book, a rip-roaring tale of three students and the bizarre, paranormal adventures they get themselves into. Much better than that description makes it sound. Great art, and crammed full of references that'll make you laugh yourself silly if you happen to be a twenty-something who's spent a lifetime watching bad sci-fi and playing too many videogames. So, obviously, I love it. Buy a copy yourself! How? Why, go look at the FLYING MONKEY website , where you can find further instructions... |
