The Parish of St Luke is situated at the north end of the Vale Royal
local authority area in Cheshire (England) serving the town of Frodsham and
the surrounding villages of Helsby, Kingsley, Norley and Elton.
St Luke's RC Primary School in Frodsham is an integral part of the Parish.
The Parish is part of the Deanery of St Thomas Moore covering Runcorn and South Warrington in the
Diocese of Shrewsbury.
The Diocese covers the pre-1974 counties of Cheshire and Shropshire and is a registered
