We are members of the Long Distance Walkers’ Association which organises an annual 100 mile walk. This song tries to capture just how it feels to take part and is for anyone who has taken on
similar challenges such as climbing Mount Everest, swimming the English Channel or eating a Chicken Vindaloo! |

We always wanted to use a live recording of this song as we felt doing a studio version would be cheating. This was recorded at The Attic Folk Club, Chesterfield
and is dedicated to the memory of organiser David Davidson who died in 2007.
