| The Orkney Smokehouse offers
a choice of smoked whole sides of salmon, sliced sides and
"hot" smoked salmon. "Hot" means that the salmon is
smoked and then completely cooked using our temperature controlled
kilns. It has a unique flavour, which has to be experienced to be truly
appreciated, and is a favourite amongst the local islanders, making it
one of our best selling products.
Although slightly more expensive, organically farmed salmon is also available. All our produce is free from artificial colouring and preservatives and is vacuum packed and sealed in polystyrene boxes. It is available by mail order within two to three days delivery to any destination within the United Kingdom. |
