GAME INFORMATION: Oh my God, please the name is GHOSTLOP and NOT GHOST LOOP! Well, this is a prototype (a game that wasn't officially released), a ghostbuster puzzle thing. Made by Data East from 1996, it was lost and remained disappeared. (Information taken from Billy Pitt's infamous proto page).

ROM INFORMATION: Months ago, screenshots from this game dumped appeared, but the authors said they wouldn't released the roms. So, we forgot it. But suddenlly, more screenshots emerged! My best guess is that the game was dumped from the Ghostlop homecarts. These homecarts were made by a bunch of French bootleggers, that bought the prototype and made ILLEGAL these carts (765 euros each!):

The rumors say the game is, again, for private, "emu-elite" use only. And again, this is probably true. Well, here are some screenshots supposelly taken from an emulator:
