Here's
an unusual 1/4-tonner. It's the Jordanian military's "Desert Iris" vehicle.
Looks very sporty, with a rear end that looks like the XM-151 with rounded
corners and bulging rear lights.

Below - here's a close-up of the locking differential unit as supplied by Victor at Mil-Plus. A really nice conversion with hydro-electrical locking mechanism. It was purchased by a French mutt-owner along with a similarly modified diff.

peeping out from that packing case is a brand-new engine...it's a 1983
contract, too. These gems still appear every now and then.
