Ken's
Muttpage
BELTRING
SPECIAL
With all
the extra space available, I am adding to the regular muttpages with these
pages from my visit to the 2006 War and Peace Show at Paddock Wood in Kent.
These are photos that have not been shown for quite a while. I hope you
like them.
Once again,
this section features the Rolling Thunder group, who present a living history
of US involvement in VietNam. The representation has to be seen to be believed
- it really is world-class and I'm certain that it is better than anything
that can be seen in the USA or elsewhere. And best of all, they are a great
bunch of people with a down-to-earth, friendly attitude and a sense of
humour, in addition to being perfectionists. See for yourselves on the
following pages, or better still, go and meet them at the next show. Which
happens to be in mid-July each year. Unfortunately this year (2008)
some difficult family events prevented me from going and my apologies to
everyone I promised to meet and chat with. Sorry. Hopefully I'll be there
to say hello in 2009.................
