direction over the last few months, it has been decided that the

This site is developed using Macromedia's
Dreamweaver 3 software as the main authoring tool, graphics
are handled with Paint Shop Pro 6 and Macromedia's
Fireworks 3.
We recommend Microsoft IE5.5 or Opera 5 as Browsers (we find Opera
5 nearly twice as quick as IE5.5 at downloading and showing this
site!)
We use eMindMaps mind mapping software for our out lining and
