The Victorian Fair is organised by the Chamber of Trade. There are stalls and sideshows as well as fairground rides. Included in the Fair is a competition for the best dressed child and adult, judged by the visiting dignitaries. Mayor and Chairmen of Councils from a very large number of Coincils in Beds, Herts and Cambs attend this event - many entering into the spirit by dressing in period or Mayoral outfits.
