Wearing metallic band watch during namaz

Q: How is it to wear a watch with metallic band? Most of the Imams wear such watches and take them off during Namaz, what
is the verdict on such Imam?
A: To wear a metallic band watch and perform Namaz in it is not allowed. Like Alahazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Muhaddis-e-Barelvi
(Rehmatullah Alaih) wrote: Watch's band of Gold and silver for Man is HARAM and of other metals is prohibited. To perform
Namaz or do Imamat wearing prohibited things is Makrooh-e-Tehreemi (Must repeat Namaz)-(Ahkam-e-Shariat, Part two, page 170)
and it's OK to perform Namaz behind Imams who wear such watches but take them off during Namaz. Hazrat Sadru-sh-Shariat Alaih
Rehma used to perform Namaz wearing a watch and for the question on Imamat he said: If watch's band is of some metal like
Gold, Silver, Brass etc. then Namaz will be Makrooh. Namaz should be performed after removing them. (Fatawa-e-Amjadia, Part
one, Page 137)--Allah Ta'ala Knows the best.

Folding pant's hem and performing Namaz in it

Q: If the pant's hems are at ankles can they be folded before performing Namaz?
A: If pant's bottoms are at ankle it is not allowed to fold them to perform namaz, perform the Namaz without folding them. If pant's hems are kept below ankles because of pride, it is HARAM, in this case Namaz will be Makrooh-e-Tehreemi (Wajib to repeat Namaz) otherwise it's only Makrooh-e-Tanzeehi which is Khilafe Aula in Namaz. Same is written in Fatawa-e-Rizvia in part three on page 448. In case of folding the pants hems in Namaz will definitely be Makrooh-e-Tehreemi which will make it Wajib to perform the Namaz again. It's in Hadees *. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihe Wasslam said:" I was ordered that not to fold hair and cloth (In Namaz)" ted in Darr-e-Mukhtar with Shami Part one page 473. art one, Page 137)-Allah Ta'ala Knows the best.

To perform Imamat without Shar'i beard (one fist ) is not allowed

Q: In the absence of Imam his student( who does not keep beard ) performs the Imamat, how is it to pray Namaz behind him? And is it allowed to pray Juma Namaz behind him? If about this matter Imam does not say anything to this student then how to treat him, should he be removed from the duty of Imamat or not?
A: To shave beard is definitely not allowed and Haram. In Darr-e-Mukhtar with Shami in part six on page 407 it is mentioned that *1. Therefore if the mentioned student shaves beard or trim it down less than one fist it is a sin to make him Imam and to perform Namaz behind him is makrooh-e-tehreemi and wajib to repeat. In Fatawa-e-Rizvia on page 271 in part three Alahazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Muhadis-e-Barelvi radiallha anhu writes "The one who shaves beard is Faasiq and Muallin. To make him Imam is a sin and to perform Namaz behind him is Makroh-e-Tahrimi (wajib to repeat namaz)" And if for Jumma one can not find an Imam even in another nearby Mosque who follows Sharia't then because of this situation pray Jumma behind this student (later on repeat your namaz as of Zuhr). It is stated in Fatwa-e-Rizvia on page 273 in part three that if not able to find an imam for Jumma beside a fasiq & muallin imam then pray Jumma because it is fard and fard is important (later on repeat your namaz as of Zuhr). If the mentioned Imam does not prohibit his student from imamat then he is committing sin. It is narrated in Hadis Shareef that *2,(Mishkat on page 436). It is must for him to ask mentioned student to stop imamat. If he does not do so then he (imam) must be removed from the duty of imamat. ALLAH Ta'ala says *3. But if he (student) does not have beard by nature and there is nothing wrong with him according to Shri'at then all the prayers can be performed behind him.

Reciting Durood and kissing the thumbs during Khutba

Q: How is it to kiss thumbs during Khutba upon hearing the name of Rasool ALLAH peace be upon him and reciting Durood upon hearing the Ayat-e-Durood?
A: During Khutba it is not allowed to perform Namaz or speak. In Darmukhtar with Shami on page 158 in part two it is mentioned that *1. When hear the name of Rasool ALLAH peace be upon him and Ayate-e-Durood neither kiss the thumb nor recite Darood Shrif because it is Fard to keep tounge silent (speechless), instead recite Darod Shreef in heart. This order is for only during Khutba on other ocassions it is Mustahib to kiss thumbs upon hearing the respectable name of Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihe Wasslam. In Behr-ul-Ra'iq on page 155 in part two it is mentioned that *2. In the same book on page 156 it is mentioned that *3. In Fataw-e- Amjadia on page 286 in part one with refrence of Hidaya it is mentioned that *4. The same is also mentioned in Fatawa-e-Rizvia on page 741 and 759 in part three. Allah Ta'ala Knows the best.
