Groups of between 10 people and 24 persons can take advantage of some great
discounts. Pre-book your flight by calling 0870 5000 600. Larger groups should
call the Trade and Group booking line on 0870 400 3005.
For larger groups, or if you regularly bring groups to the London
Eye, why not enquire about the credit account facilities and additional benefits.
The Business Development Team can help you publicise your trip. They can provide
a range of promotional literature including posters, leaflets, stickers and dispensers,
as well as help with mail-outs.

If you hold a voucher for the London Eye or have an open
ticket, you can book a flight by calling 0870 400 3040. Please note
that you must bring your timed voucher or open ticket with
you to the Eye in order to gain admission.

If you have an Air Miles voucher, you may now pre-book a flight
on 0870 400 3040 but note that a 50p booking
fee applies per person. Once booked, please bring your reference
number and voucher to the pre-booked vouchers desk in the ticket
Hall. Alternatively you may pre book in person at County Hall.
You are advised not to turn up without a reservation as
admittance is strictly subject to availability.
If you are a Barclaycard voucher holder, no telephone pre booking
service exists. You may pre book in person at County Hall. Please note that
admittance on the day is strictly subject to availability.
If you have a Tussaud's Season Ticket, you may turn up and
fly. No telephone pre-booking service is offered.
If you have guests who are accompanying you who do not have a
season ticket or voucher, you are advised to book a ticket for them
in advance on the automated service (0870 5000 600).
Gift Vouchers
British Airways are now offering gift vouchers for the
Eye - the perfect gift. You can even give a voucher for a private capsule for
that really special occasion or person.

To purchase a gift voucher, please call the voucher hotline on 0870 444 55 44.
Lines are open 8am until 6pm weekdays. Prices are £9.50 for an adult voucher,
£7.50 for a senior citizen or disabled voucher and £6.00 for a child voucher. Private
Capsule vouchers are £412.25. This is a VIP service for up to 25 guests. All tickets
purchased on the voucher hotline are subject to a 50p postage and packaging fee
on top of the price of the voucher. Alternatively you may purchase your voucher
at the Information Desk in our booking office within County Hall, which is adjacent
to the Eye.

Registered disabled guests booked on this line receive a special
discounted rate, equivalent to £2.00 off the adult price for a flight on the Eye and £1.00 off the adult price for the London Eye River Cruise Experience, plus one able-bodied carer may go for free.
For safety reasons, there is a limit to the number of wheelchairs allowed on the flight at one time. Therefore, wheelchair users are advised to book in advance on this line, or in person at County Hall.
Additionally, British Airways London Eye has created an account with Typetalk - an organisation that is run by the RNID and enables us to communicate effectively via the telephone with deaf, deafblind, deafened, hard of hearing and speech-impaired people.
Since opening there have been more than 38,000 disabled guests to the London Eye. This figure is a fraction of the total number of disabled guests who have visited since not all disabled guests identify themselves as disabled when they book.

Hall which is perfect for up to 60 guests to meet before or after their flight.

Hospitality offered includes Champagne and Canapés, Breakfast,
Coffee Breaks and Lunch in the VIP Lounge before or after boarding the
London Eye. You can also order in-flight hospitality for your guests.
This room is available during the normal public opening hours.
(Please note that this venue is only available for use until 4pm from
1st October to 30th December.) The room can be hired for up to 1 hour
at a cost of £250 plus vat and £500 plus vat for a 2½-hour slot. Please
note that you are asked to order a hospitality package with the hire of
this room.

British Airways London Eye can be hired in the evenings when the wheel
is closed to the public. You can chose from three flight times, 7.30pm, 8.30pm
or 9.30pm, for an exclusive flight. Minimums of 10 capsules are available

Weddings Exhilarating heights, breathtaking views, prestigious surroundings - getting married on the London Eye can make a very special occasion even more memorable for you and your guests.
In conjunction with Lambeth Registry Office, the London Eye will help you plan every stage of your wedding.
Following a short private meeting with the Registrar of marriages, you and your guests will be personally escorted on to your own private capsule on the Eye, which will be elegantly decorated with fresh and silk flowers.
London Eye weddings are available Monday to Fridays, excluding bank holidays. The cost of the wedding package is £1,700 inc VAT. Additional guest capsule: £299 inc VAT.
Compliment your wedding at the top of the world's tallest observation wheel, then board one of the elegant Silver Fleet-Woods River Cruises, for you to celebrate your special wedding reception. You and your guests will be collected from the London Eye's own pier and taken on board one of the luxurious Silver Fleet vessels.

Eye exclusively including an event area for the whole evening. At
£10,000.00 +VAT you can hold a cocktail party for up to 550 guest,

The wedding capsule accommodates 14 guests in addition to the bride and groom. If required, further capsules can be arranged for up to 25 guests each, or 20 if champagne is served on board.
Your civil wedding service takes place as you gently rise to an incredible 135 metres at which point you will be pronounced husband and wife. You can then celebrate your marriage high above London's stunning skyline as you raise a glass of champagne with your friends and family.
