Don`t keep sending me letters,
they don`t make me feel any better.
Don`t keep saying sorry to me,
it`s only said to set your concience free

These words you write are really for you,
to absolve yourself of what you do.
you say even though we are not together
you will love me always and forever.

Words, am I supposed to thank you for them?
Say it`s ok... and that I won`t condem?
I`m not someone to whom you can confess,
just to make your hurting less

I am the woman you promised forever to,
The one who`s heart you broke in two
remember? ..the one you cast aside,
the one who believed you, everytime you lied

And now?....you want me to be nice, forgive
because that way you find it easier to live
Well I do forgive, not because you ask me to
but because thats what people in love do.

So now I have made you feel it`s okay,
You can be happy now....I`m not in your way
But please don`t send me another letter,
just to make yourself feel better

1. To email this or any other web page on the internet.
