This morning I woke up very late, too late to eat breakfast. I quickly got myself dressed and rushed out to the station to catch the train. The train was packed with commuters all on their way to work. I did manage to find a seat where I settled down to read the report on the zoo. It contained details from last week about all the animals, zoo keepers and visitors. It was not very interesting and I soon found myself falling asleep. I was rudely woken by the train driver who informed me that we were at the last stop. I realised that I had slept all the way through the city and had missed my stop. I managed to catch a bus outside the station which took me back to town. I finally arrived at the office one and a half hours late. I had missed the meeting and I was told by my supervisor that I had been thrown off the committee. The rest of the day was no better and I was glad to finally arrive back home that evening.
