This Necroscope Encyclopędia is my tribute to Brian Lumley's marvellous Necroscope series: fantastic tales that have redefined the vampire myth. I have been an addict of these stories since the early nineties, when I was introduced to them by my old mate Steve Appleyard. I feel they blend Brian's visceral Lovecraftian influences with a truly Tolkeinesque breadth of detail and imagination. The influence of Ian Fleming's secret agent tales is also clearly in evidence. It is something to aspire to.
I am presently re-discovering them and will be updating this site as I proceed. Indeed I have recently redesigned the whole site with what I think is a far more professional and cohesive look... and there is also new content. Please bear with me, if the site seems less than complete, as it is ever a work in progress and some times real life interferes. There is still a lot of content to keep you amused for the time being. Click on the menu buttons to the left to take a look...
