Various Responsibilities including:

·         Liaising with clients regarding technical problems with accounts

·         Troubleshooting and solving systems based errors on commercial accounts.

Homeopharmaceutics Technician

Responsibilities included:

·        Managed and supervised a dispensary and laboratory utilised by 22 undergraduate and 7 graduate practitioners.

·        Handled all the purchasing, stock control and administration for the dispensary and laboratory.

·        Initiated and completed the adoption and installation of a new computer system for dispensary.

Part-time Assistant in Microfilm and Microfiche reader sales and servicing. Post involved varying duties.
