Oxfordshire Brachiopods
These Rhynchonella sp. brachiopods at Woodeaton were found in
their thousands at the quarry.
What is particularly impressive is the quality of the preservation.
At least two different species were found on the day,
a rounded variety above and a flattened below
Below is another brachiopod species, Epithyris
oxonica.
