Totosai is the forger of the Tessaiga and Tenseiga. The Inu No Tiashou asked him to make the swords and Totosai is very loyal to the Inu No Taishou. He has the ability to breathe fire and knows much of the secrets behind the Tessaiga and Tenseiga and when the Inu No Taishou was alive.
