A coursework assignment contributes 25% of the marks available for the assessment of this module. You are required to identify a suitable topic of your own choice relating to economics and the Internet (the title must be approved by me by the end of week 5 - I have provided you with a list of possible topics if you find it difficult to come up with one of your own). You must then produce a 2000 word essay on the topic (properly referenced and resisting any temptations for cut and past plagiarism!) to be submitted to the departmental office by 2pm on Wednesday 1st November. You will also give a short (no more than 5 minutes) presentation on the topic to the class on Friday 3rd November.

I will award a mark out of 20 for the essay and a mark out of 5 for the presentation.
