One of the principal activities of PEMANTAU is setting up a national complaint bureau with offices covering all states in Malaysia.

The objectives of the complaint bureau are:

1. To set-up complaint centres at the national level and all states in Malaysia
2. To attend to election related complaints by the general public
3. To verify and investigate cases presented to the Bureau
4. To document the findings

We take this opportunity to call upon all Malaysian to verify and validate the names now being displaced by the Election Commission (SPR). Verify and validate the names and places of casting votes for your own, relatives, neighbours and friends. We also urge members of the public to verify and validate those they know had passed away. Any irregularities should be reported to the SPR and PEMANTAU for documentation and follow-up actions.

As concern and responsible citizens of MALAYSIA, together we will ensure the success of this effort for a free, fair and honest election.
