In 1911 Pompey had to travel to Welsh side Mardy, but the country was in the middle of a train strike (again). They left on Friday night and still arrived one hour late! The game went ahead but therefore finished one hour late... yep... there were no trains running at this time and Pompey had to hire cars to take them the 21 miles back to Cardiff!

His favorite pre-match meal is Rice Krispies and baked beans - sometimes together.
Jack Tinn, who guided Pompey to three FA cup Finals put his success down to his lucky spats. He always said the cup would be heading South that year too....
