SA1 Swansea Waterfront is a 100 acre prime development site located on the waterfront within the heart of the city of Swansea. This new area of Swansea will offer fully integrated mixed use development opportunities comprising business (primarily B1/office), residential, local and specialist retail as well as leisure uses. Recently acquired by the Welsh Development Agency, up to £200 million is being invested in this former dockland site. | |||||||||||||
