SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: PC or Apple Mac computer.  Video clips require RealPlayer or QuickTime (available as free downloads via links on CD).   A soundcard & speakers are required for video commentary and background music.  Minimum of 128mb RAM recommended.  Some video clips are 'WMV' files which may play using Windows Media Player only.
