Ingredients :
- ½ cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tspn fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tspn sugar
- ¼ tspn freshly ground pepper, or to taste
- 1/8 tspn salt, or to taste
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- The sauce will keep for up to 3 days in a covered container in the
refrigerator.
