Roasted Red Bell Pepper Sauce recipe

Ingredients :

  • ½ cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tspn fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tspn sugar
  • ¼ tspn freshly ground pepper, or to taste
  • 1/8 tspn salt, or to taste


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Process all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  3. The sauce will keep for up to 3 days in a covered container in the refrigerator.
