Macaroni is served here with butter, garlic and finely chopped
olives. A very tasty dish that makes an ideal starter.

Ingredients :
- 300g / 11 oz macaroni
- 60g / 2 oz butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 10 olives, green and/or black, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Cook the macaroni to your liking in salted, boiling water. Rinse in
hot water and set aside to drain.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the garlic and cloves. Cook
for 1 minute and then stir in the macaroni.
- Check the seasoning, adding salt and pepper as necessary. Serve hot.
Variation: Add a few chopped capers to the olives, but reduce
the amount of salt.
Cook's Tip: Rinse the macaroni really well under the water
to prevent it from sticking together.
