Correct Scores

These systems take advantage of the wonderful odds that are given if you can predict the correct score of a match.

Correct score betting may seem like a long shot compared to normal 1,X,2 predictions – one of the criticisms of horse racing is that there are so many possible winners, so surely the same is applicable to betting on the correct score of a game?

This is not exactly true. The most common score is 1-1, occurring about 12% of the time. The second most common result is 1-0, with just under 11%. Following that is 2-1, 2-0, and 0-0. These scores make up nearly half of all scores in football matches in the UK.
