EYJATT - East Yorkshire Joint Adventure Training Team
The Staff

Fred Skinner

The staff involved with EYJATT are all volunteers.  All come from various backgrounds and walks of life.

The Whole team is essentially split into 2 areas. Training and Logistics.  Some team members specialise in one area, whilst others are more "jack of all trade".

Heading the team is John Haines.  John, who lives in Hull, was a cadet himself for many years, and is now fully qualified to supervise and assess cadets in all areas covered by the training team.

The man in charge of training is Alan Ness from Hornsea.  Alan, an ex-cadet and a long time served civilian instructor, teaches all aspects of expedition training, from the very basic, to the very advanced.

The man in charge of logistics is Pete Loten from Hornsea. Pete has been a civilian instructor with Hornsea Sqn for many a year!  He looks after the supplies from maps and compasses, to the tea bags to keep the team running smoothly!

The team presently use 2 caravans used for cooking, staff breifings and radio control centre, they're also good for getting out of the rain!!  These are maintained by the logistics team.
