becoz of the restriction in my own time and activities during my degree, i couldn't join the globe cafe and it's activities but now that i'm done with my studies, i've been helping out in it a lot more and i do regret now that i didn't spend more time with it before. it's been a great time though, getting to know the likes of people like maarten, from the netherlands, robi, from germany, who has left, (hope to see him in malaysia next year), and so many others. haven't developed my own pictures of the party we had in the castle keep, but i stole some off the globe cafe website, where i've placed linked it to mine.
casper, dominique (maarten's girlfriend) and maarten
daniel from switzerland and richard, or very popularly known as sillitonga (silly-tonga) in the chinese christian fellowship, and he's from indonesia and very anxious to return back to his home country... menghitung hari (counting the days), as he says (or sings).
don't know the guy on the left, but ramzi is in the middle, who's half-english and half-arabic, and involved in the international student ministry in jpc. very very nice guy. keep the beard on ramzi. and on the right is ashley, from hong kong. i've always seen her around the church, but never got to talk to her until a few weeks back when we were at foundations, a Bible overview course with jpc. and we got baptised together too and regret now that i didn't spend time to get to know her before.
