Albert Tindall, a native of New South Wales,Australia, was quite an experienced pilot with 115 Squadron, and had flown several missions to Berlin,Hamburg and the like. On the 8/9th Dec 1940, he was returning from a bombing mission on Bordeaux, when he flew into heavy cloud & bad weather, his Wellington T2520 hit a peak in the Mountains above Tredegar,Glamorgan, he and his crew were all killed.
