Lostwithiel Quilt - Restormel Castle & Lanhydrock House
Restormel Castle stands on rising ground on the right bank of the river, just above Lostwithiel. Thirty Parliamentarian prisoners were taken here on 21st August by a party of Grenvile's men, who then went on to ransack Lanhydrock House, but only found bows and arrows.
