May 1st, 2008: Graduated today. Winked at Lord Puttnam - he didn't wink back. Drinks are soooo expensive at the Barbican- i can't believe it.
May 2nd, 2008: Stepson Phil's wedding. I can't believe i am part of such a multicultural and diverse ceremony. I can't believe i am the stepmum of the groom. It gives me a real sense of belonging. Guests ranged from Zimbabweans, Italians, Jamaicans & Dutch
May 3rd, 2008: Excellent shopping day with Charlotte. Bought so many things and even spent money in Primarni. :O). Am preparing covering letter and opens to submit to Faber & Faber. May as well give it a go.
