General info :
 It's more a fix than a plugin really, this will change view mode (wireframe/shaded) without changing it for locked objects (useful sometimes when using a locked reference image).

 Installation & compatibilty :
 Done for wings 0.98.02, download wpc_locked_98_02 here, previous versions there
