1.The website has to be certainly 'child friendly' or to an acceptable non-provocative adult level.

2. I will not entertain any website that uses foul speech, is abusive to humans and animals in any way or form and has disrespect for any organisation or person in general.

3. No pornographic material must be viewed on the website in any form whatsoever.

4. The awards will only be distributed to those I personally feel deserve one, they are my awards and my copyright, only those who have been chosen for an award have the right to display then on their website.

5. Anyone who does not receive a notification within seven days must accept they have not received an award, if this is the case, they may enter for a different award than the one they had previously chosen, or they may try again in 4 months time.

6. All those who enter for the same award and do not receive notification of acceptance more than once within 4 months will be ignored by the chinchilla team and quickly nibbled to destruction.

7. For those of you who do receive an award, your own name or web title will be displayed on the plaque, you must not try to change, disfigure or use it for any other than it's full intentional purpose.

8. No one without permission from me can display the awards on their website, or either disfigure, change or alter to their own personnel preferences.
