The above prices include VAT and delivery from the shell manufacturer to Boat Window premises. Boat Window can arrange onward delivery to the purchasers chosen destination at cost.

N.B. From the date the deposit of the purchase price is received by Boat Window Boat Sales Limited from the Purchaser, the vessel, as it is constructed (including all materials, machinery and equipment purchased or appropriated by the builder, whether at the builder's premises or elsewhere) shall become and remain the property of the purchaser.
