Apologies for the advertisments, we have had a change in server at the minute and we are looking for and advert free one, we'd pay for one except we diverted the funds to France, but as you can see it was well worth it!!

It has been a fair while since this has been updated, and for that I am terribly sorry, I always seem to fall behind on this, and we are looking at other options to ensure updates are done quickly and hopefully from differing points of view. Blackley Band are constantly expanding and improving under the leadership of our very own Adrian (Adie) Smith.

Blackley Band rehearse twice a week, Monday and Thursday from 8pm - 10pm.

Blackley Band is going strong and looking forward to the winter months.

We a still looking for a few full time players at the moment, but our numbers seem to be growing every rehearsal and although we have been away from contesting for a while the New Year is a new start and we are hoping to continue to improve at the remaining contests. With 50 years experience behind us and an enthusiastic band we are sure to put up a good fight in the future.
