Marui Hop-up AEG's |

M-16 Series |
In general "16's" are good gaming guns, with practical layout and slim outlines. All of these guns have good firing positions and the choice of two high-capacity magazines, 300 banana or compact 190 box. However, all designs in this series have one common flaw, the collar between main chassis and barrel shroud is weak. This means a bad fall could result in undue play between the barrel and receiver. Or worse, the gun casing can crack or even shear. |

MP5 Series |
In general, this range of SMG's are well thought out designs, ideal for short range firefights. They accept two types of high-capacity magazines, the 240 short mag being superior. The main weakness being a poor fire select, inferior on gearbox 2 versions. Also the casing can separate where magazine is housed. Also the EG560 version has a poor hop-up control, which can be easily knocked. |

G3 Series |
This range of SMG's, Assault rifles and sniper versions, share many accessories with the MP5 family. These are good designs, though a little bulky. They also use a good sized 500 pellet magazine. None of these guns are designed to be fired left handed. If flexed, these guns creak. |

UZI |
Only one version of the uzi is available. It boasts an all new gearbox, metal chassis and through pistol grip, magazine feed. It has a handy folding stock while retaining its compact box shape. The magazine is fairly short but still manages to hold 220 pellets. |
UZI ***** |
Good construction and ultra compact. |
FA-MAS Series |
This bullpup assault rifle comes in two versions. There is no difference, internally, between the two. They have a weak fire select switch and an exposed plastic magazine release catch. The gearbox is very strong and can withstand lots of full automatic fire without cracking. This gun is compact and well designed. The 300 mag is adequate though not excessive. While the large battery is practical and balances the gun well. It is ambidextrous. |
5.56-F1 **** |
This version, the first AEG, comes with a metal bipod as standard. |
Super Version **** |
The Super Version has no bipod but has a better handguard. |
AK-47 Series |
This gun comes in two formats, full stock and folding version. Otherwise the guns are identical. Both have metal parts on the chassis with resin to simulate wooden furniture. They use the largest magazine available for any AEG, 600 pellets. This makes for a higher profile when firing from prone. The stock on both versions is angled making the firing position unique compared to other AEG's. These are large bulky rifles but boast excellent construction and firepower. |
AK-47 **** |
This full stock version fulfils the role of suppressive player, brilliantly. |
AK-47s **** |
The folding stock version has a poorer firing position but allows much more mobility. |
STEYR Series |
The AUG comes in two versions, Military and Civilian. The Military model is olive and comes with a fixed 2x15 scope. While the Civilian version comes with both iron sights and a scope rail, it is black. These bullpup guns are back heavy though handle well. They can strip into 3 sections for transportation and cleaning. This feature makes cleaning more efficient and jams easier to unblock. These guns do not have fire selects, instead, they have a two stage trigger. Sometimes, the mag release can slip and effect the pellet feed. It is ambidextrous by design. |
Military Type *** |
The 2x15 built in scope is poor. |
Civilian Type **** |
Ideal for mounting a large scope, while retaining good eye relief. |
SIG Series |
Two versions are available, the 550 and 551 SWAT. Both guns are the only ones to have a burst fire facility. This means they can fire 2-9 pellets when burst is selected. Both versions have side hinged stocks, though this means they are not very solid guns. Layout is basic as are the guns controls. The magazines are clear and can clip together, they have a capacity of 220 pellets. A cheek comb is available for easy shouldering when using a scope. |
SG550 **** |
Long gun with swivel bipod as standard. Olive green furniture. |
SG551 **** |
Carbine without bipod. Black furniture. |
