in the dump, open grate to reveal a hidden exit to the underground tunnels.
there is a DT in the tunnels, but going south will take you to hidden thieves guild
you have to pass west through a false wall to get to it. there is also a shop that sells
+kick boots and some junky thief gear down there north of the guild.
the grate automatically closes after you walk away, so remeber where your exit is.
