Latest News/Updates
- 24th April 2003 : I have received some very nice emails from a number of people who have read
the information on my site and have similar experiences and symptoms to my own. It is great to know that
there really are people out there with the same problem, its not just me ! My own symptoms are much better
recently - I recently ran a marathon, and now I am starting to think that maybe there isn't anything wrong with
my heart after all...!
- 6th August 2003 : I haven't had much chance to update the site for a while, but I haven't
forgotten about it ! I am still getting e-mails from other sufferers who visit the site - thanks, I try
to reply to as many as I can. June & July weren't too good on the anxiety front, I thought I was sliding
back to more attacks, but things are back on track again now - its probably not a coincidence that I
had stopped doing my meditation and relaxation exercises !
- 26th October 2003 : Hello again. I'm still getting a steady stream of e-mails from others
who are suffering with anxiety. Thanks for your very kind feedback. I've been feeling pretty good for
the past few months - hope it continues that way ! I'm not usually one for taking medication as such,
but I recently tried taking some ginseng for the past few weeks and think its made a difference. I guess
it could be a placebo effect, but I seem to have felt calmer and had more energy - let me know if you have
found a similar effect.
- 10th April 2004 : In order to make it easier to keep adding fresh updates to the site, I have added
a 'Web Log' to the site - also known as a 'Blog'. Select the 'Web Log' link on the left side of any page to
find out the latest news and information.
- 7th January 2005 : Tidied up a few bits and pieces on the site. Added a new
section which contains stories and comments from people
that have been submitted to the site.
