Steady rides
Each run will be between 50 and 80 miles depending on
conditions and the season. These are not intended as training runs but the pace
will make some demands. The group stays together at
a pace acceptable to all riders. The runs leader may decide it is desirable to
split the group to accommodate a range of abilities. Useful to train for
starting racing and Cyclosportive challenge rides.

09.30 start club
runs are intended for new and younger riders to the club or those wishing for a
gentler ride. Distances will range
from 30 – 40 miles at a steady pace. Some rides may be more suitable for
mountain bikes and runs will generally have a cafe
stop.
