At Wood End we have marked out a trail around the perimeter of the 1000 acre farm, to enable horse riders to enjoy the beautiful countryside near Dunsop Bridge.  The route covers a variety of terrain and both manmade and natural obstacles can be tackled by the more proficient rider.

An optional part of the route makes use of ancient peat cutting paths to gain the summit of Beatrix Fell, which affords spectacular views of the Hodder Valley and its surrounding hills.
