This is our section that honours women who have stood up and made a difference to the world they lived in.
It is not our intention to give a complete account of their lives, but rather to give enough information so that if the visitor is interested in the person they will go on to find out more for themselves.
As this section is updated on a monthly basis we do not have the time to do in depth research and so use information found on other sites. These sites are always credited and permission is asked for to ensure we do not upset anyone :) These credits will give you a link for further information and links.
