You don't look them in the eye. You don't cross their streets. You don't go near their women. They are the Baldies, and they rule their turf with an iron fist, whether it be the streets of Fordham Road in the Bronx or inside the rings of Hammerlock. You know them by their street names. Angel, the Kingpin, and DeVito, the Mouthpiece. For well over a year they ran rampant through the world of Extreme Championship Wrestling, leaving bloody bodies in their wake. Trained by the legendary Johnny Rodz, Angel linked up with veteran tough guy Tony DeVito early in their tenure in Extreme Championship Wrestling. Both were eager to prove themselves in the toughest promotion in the world. They were going to do things their way, New York style, the way it was done on the streets. They were going to lay down for no-one. Unquestionably, the heart of the Baldies is sacrifice. That mutual willingness to sacrifice for the others has created a bond closer than blood, the bond of the streets. The Baldies' feud with the Hammersmith Hard Men in 2001 featured more violence, blood and mayhem than any rivalry in the history of this company.
